Delivery FAQ’s

We deliver directly to your home or work.

You can also place an order online and collect directly from the shop in Bergvliet, Cape Town.

How long will my delivery take?

All deliveries take place between Monday and Friday.

Note that delivery time estimates exclude 1 – 2 days for payment processing. This time allows for credit card and EFT payments to reflect in our account.

We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, if there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you by email or phone.


Local deliveries:

Cape Town (Including Simonstown, Gordon’s Bay, Melkbostrand, Kraaifontein and all areas in between)

1-3 working days

 

National deliveries:

Other Major Centres

2-5 working days

 

Remote Areas:

(3-7 working days)

What are the delivery costs?

Local deliveries:
Cape Town (Including Simonstown, Gordon’s Bay, Melkbostrand, Kraaifontein and all areas in between)

0 – 5kg             R100
>5 – 30kg         R125

National deliveries:
Other Major Centres

0 – 5kg               R115
>5 – 15kg           R180
>15 – 25kg         R235
Rate per kg over – R12

Special delivery areas, e.g. mines, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies, etc. – there will be a delivery surcharge.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No, there is no minimum order, you are welcome to order anything you like.

What if I’m away at the time of delivery?

The courier company will call you to arrange an alternative time.

You may be required to pick up your order from the courier depot.

If you have missed your delivery and incur re-delivery fees, Spice Bazaar will not be held liable.

What if there is something missing/broken in my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@spice-bazaar.co.za or call 082 4100 553 and have your order number with you and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed for delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking details. 

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately not. All payments must be completed online, either via credit card or EFT.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping from our website. However, if you email info@spice-bazaar.co.za, we will do our best to assist you.
